Client Testimonials

If you want to see what clients are saying, look no further!

I’ve been a solo virtual assistant (VA) for 18+ years. When I made the decision to work with my own VA, Sydney magically appeared! They have taught me how to be a client, a leader and a mentor. They have also taught me how to delegate, release my perfectionist tendencies and trust a team member to hold me accountable to my own goals and dreams. I am so grateful for all the ways Sydney has stepped up to support my business. I wouldn’t be able to grow into my next level without them. Thanks Sydney!

Rachael D, Extra Hands! Virtual Assistance

As a coach, I want to spend my time with my clients. Sydney’s support allows me to do so. Over the last 1.5 years, Sydney has completed a variety of graphic-design work as my virtual assistant including: my business logo, my book cover and countless social media graphics. Sydney is creative, knowledgeable and receptive to feedback. They complete everything in a timely manner, make the tasks look easy and I always have 100% trust that the end result will look professional. As a bonus, I also appreciate that Sydney listens to what I need, is willing and able to talk through the process, brainstorm with me and make suggestions when I need them. They have become a valued and trusted partner in my business.

Professional Portfolio

Welcome! Here’s a collection of some of the work I’ve created for clients.

Book Cover

This is a book cover I created for a book called Quit Chasing Squirrels… and Start Chasing Your Dreams. I highly encourage you to check it out! I created this design on Adobe Express along with other designs so that I could give my client an array of choices.

Social Media

Below are some examples of social media posts that I have made! I can create exciting graphics that are still branded with the colors, fonts, and logo of your business. Whether you want posts to be more informational or more inspirational, I can create a post for the message you want to spread!

Artistic Portfolio

Welcome! Take a look at some of the artistic work that I’ve done. I mainly have a background in writing but I’m currently working more with graphic design and video art. This portfolio doesn’t highlight my professional services, rather it showcases my creativity!

Pain(t)

This piece, titled “Pain(t)”, was created for a project in my video art class Freshman year of college. I really wanted to look at body art and the way that bodies carry pain. This was one of my initial experiences creating video art and using Adobe Premiere Pro to edit videos.

Underwater

This piece was my first time creating and editing with Adobe Premier Pro and it was completed as an assignment in my video art class freshman year of college. The dancer told me she was inspired by the movement of water so I wanted to incorporate that into the edits. I liked the idea of viewers making an association that she’s diving underwater every time she dips forward.

This piece is an alternate movie poster to the horror film “Midsommar”. With this poster, I wanted to reflect the tension between the light colors of the movie and the heavier themes that the movie covers. I used Adobe Illustrator to create this during my freshman year of college during a humanities course.

This piece was inspired by a song called “Honey” by Halsey. I love the song because it’s a representation of queer love so I wanted to create a piece that represented that same sweetness for me. This was created for an art exhibition at my senior prom using Adobe Illustrator.

This piece is a movie poster I created for a horror movie I made up titled “Homophobia”. As a queer person, I wanted to express the problematic history of the horror genre demonizing the LGBTQ+ community. Therefore, this poster is supposed to portray that the actual horror is homophobia. I created this during my senior year of high school with Adobe Illustrator in my graphic design class.

This piece is a self-portrait that I created during my senior year of high school using Adobe Illustrator in my graphic design class. I wanted to create a portrait that incorporated elements of how I might express myself in the future. That’s why I decided to give myself a septum piercing and purple hair.
